I hear this a lot when I'm coaching clients "I want to do it, but I just don't have time"
Surprisingly I've heard it 4 times in the last week!
You make time for what you prioritise in your life. Try reversing "I don't have time" to "it's not a priority for me right now" see how that changes the scope of it.
Of course we all have responsibilities which are non negotiable, work, family commitments etc. However by using "I dont have time" you will truly start to believe it. Because reality is, time is your choice!
Here are some tips to help you gain more time in your schedule: ➡️Go to bed earlier 🛌 ➡️Wake up earlier 🕕 ➡️Plan your week the week before ✍ ➡️Plan around current responsibilities 👨👩👧👧 ➡️Don't say yes to everyone elses plan resulting you saying no to your own plans 😥 ➡️Ask for help, partner, child, sibling, boss, work colleague, teacher, friend ❓
