HOW's the market? In the past week, I've had SOOO many people ask me these questions.....will the housing market crash because of COVID-19? Will I be able to sell? Is now a good time to buy? Here's some insight... IN JUST 1 WEEK, this is the activity we've seen
Let's break it down.

👌161 in escrow (also know as under contract/offer accepted)
☝12 price increase
👇172 price decreases .
What does this mean exactly? .
MANY people are listing their homes right now- just as we expect, the spring market brings LOTS of new Sellers needing to move. It also shows that we are still very much open for business with all these new escrows. (Note my Ocean Pointe Listing we just got under contract in just 7 days- I'm still celebrating!!)
We're continuing to see much interest in virtual showings & open houses-it's actually a much easier process than in-person. It's also safer for EVERYONE, and the process we will continue until it's safe to meet in person. I know, I much prefer seeing you face to face, but for now, this is how we can still help you meet your goal of buying or selling, safely.💗
We're seeing more homes listed, with less buyers right now, so that may mean less competition if you're in the market to buy & a great opportunity to get an awesome deal- (depending on the neighborhood & pricepoint you're looking in.)
We know that rates are STILL very low, so if you are looking to BUY, you can qualify for much more than what you could just 6 months ago when rates were higher. .
