I used to cave in for the yo-yo 🪀 diet and binge drink 🍷 to make it feel all better.
I gave up from working out 🏋🏻♀️ after just a few weeks because I hurt so bad, and didn’t want to push myself past it 🔥. My days consumed of Diet Coke 🥤 and fast food 🍔 because I believed I was healthy and didn’t need to fuel my body with good nutrients 🥬. Fast forward to two years later.
I am one and a half years into my health journey (I started mid 2018), and you can SEE 👀 the difference! Girlfriend, if you could only feel how I feel 💪🏼! From my nails, hair, skin, energy, sleep and better fitting clothes 👗, I am all around winning from taking my health seriously 👏🏻. Wanna know the secret?? 🤫. THERE ISN’T ONE! It’s called you CAN feel how I do. 👊🏻 I exchanged my 🍷 for my “mom juice” to get my 🍑 motivated!
